EmberGraph Intel LLC, a Utah limited liability company, Salt Lake City. This notice says what we collect through this site and by email, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask of us. Questions: info@embergraphintel.com. This version: 2026-10-26.

What we collect

  • What you send us: a request for a fit call (your name, role, firm, email, the kind of case, the court and case number, party names, what is coming up, where you heard of us), and any other email you write to us.
  • When you pay for a fit call: Stripe collects your payment details. We see that you paid, not your card number.
  • What the site's host records to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser. We do not use these to identify you.

Cookies: we do not use precise identifying information in cookies, nor reach out based on site visits.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to check for conflicts before any call, to book and bill the fit call, and to keep the records the law or an engagement requires. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Please don't send confidential facts

A request asks for names, not facts. Party names are used only to check for conflicts. Send no confidential facts until an engagement and a nondisclosure agreement are signed.

Who else handles it

The services that run this site and our work, each under its own terms: Webflow (the site), Google Workspace (email) and Stripe (payments). Requests are read by our leadership, Andrew Piskadlo or Jonathan Koehle, who arrange the call by email. Our General Counsel sees requests when a conflict question needs a lawyer.

How long we keep it

We keep the names, the date and the kind of case in our conflict records for as long as we operate, so that every later matter can be checked against them. The rest of a request that does not become a matter is deleted after 12 months. A matter's records are kept as its engagement letter sets out.

What you can ask

To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Email info@embergraphintel.com; we answer from a named person.
