Pay securely through Stripe, by card or bank transfer.
Pay an invoice. Each invoice comes by email with its own secure payment link. Open it to pay by card or ACH bank transfer, in US dollars; no account or login. Lost the email? Write to info@embergraphintel.com and we will send it again.
The fit call. Once our conflict check clears, we send you a link to book the fit call and pay its fee. The fee is credited in full to your first month if we go ahead.
Your matter. One fixed price a month, set in your engagement letter and paid at the start of each month. Never by the hour.
Refunds. The fit-call fee is nonrefundable; it is credited in full to your first month. The first month is nonrefundable. After that, if you stop, we refund the unused days of that month at one thirtieth of the monthly price for each day.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
