How booking works

  1. Send the request below. Names first; please don't send confidential facts.
  2. We check for conflicts before any call.
  3. Once clear, we send you a link to book the fit call and pay for it. It is credited to your first month.
  4. On the call, an honest answer on whether we can help.
  5. If we go ahead, we send an NDA before any documents.

  • Your name, your role (counsel, client or referrer) and your firm
  • The kind of case, and the court and case number, if filed
  • Party names, for the conflict check
  • What is coming up, and when (a hearing, a deadline)
  • Where you first heard about EMI
